Supported Employment is employment in an integrated community work setting for clients with more severe employment barriers. It is for those clients who have been unable to obtain or sustain traditional employment because of a disability, and who need intensive and long term support on the job.

Our objective is to assist clients with barriers to employment in obtaining and sustaining long term employment. With an Employment Specialist working with the clients, we seek to match their abilities, interests, and functional capacities with employment opportunities. We then provide extended supports to help the client retain employment long term.
