Personal/Social Adjustment Training (PSAT) services are utilized to develop or re-establish personal and social behaviors designed to enhance a student’s employability. The services are instructional and can be provided individually or in small groups.

Racham, LLC is comprised of Employment Specialists that are well versed in training individuals with disabilities and students interpersonal skill development, understanding of self and abilities, money management, decision making/problem solving, decision making in daily life activities, work attitudes, skills exploration and identification, and planning and providing the supports a person needs to achieve and maintain employment.
