RACHAM, LLC is a faith based, community organization that strives to assist members of the community that have physical, cognitive, or learning disabilities with seeking, obtaining and retaining competitive employment. Since our company was founded, our employment specialists have worked with hundreds of clients with employment barriers in helping them find their career matches. Our goal is to successfully match our client’s abilities with employer’s needs while establishing natural supports on the job that will help lead to a client’s long-term success in the competitive market. We are currently serving the Douglas, Coweta, Carroll, Gwinnett, Haralson, Cobb,  Pike, Polk, Fulton, Meriwether, Spalding, Troup and Upson counties through a variety of services including Pre-Employment Transition Services,Work Evaluations, Supported Employment, Job Sampling, Job Coaching, Job Readiness Training and Community Work Adjustment Training.
